Requirements
- First-hand experience as B2B Account Executive or similar SaaS B2B/finance sales role
- Extensive experience in prospecting, opening, and developing Swiss corporate market
- Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification methodology
- Partnering with business leaders, developing relationships, closing deals, aligning stakeholders
- Affinity for tech/product issues or relevant finance/business planning experience
- Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and relationships
- Resourceful, resilient, creative problem-solver for client needs and Pigment integration
- Fluent German and English
Tasks
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to deal close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and technical teams
- Drive complex sales cycles involving internal and external stakeholders
- Create detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas
- Build relationships with executives across industries
- Consult prospects and existing customers on business objectives
- Model use cases for Pigment's business transformation
- Provide professional after-sales support with CSM team
- Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records in Salesforce
- Analyze sales insights and experiment with growth tactics
