Tasks

- Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities
- Cultivate strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth
- Enhance profitability and support long-term business expansion
- Leverage commercial expertise and technical understanding
- Strengthen market penetration and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans
- Identify new markets, emerging trends, and untapped customer opportunities
- Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and customer value analyses
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership
- Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders
- Support EU commercial team in key account development
- Deliver tailored commercial proposals
- Manage multiple NPI projects and documentation
- Track and forecast sales performance
- Drive margin improvement through pricing strategies
- Align commercial efforts with technical capabilities
- Provide customer and market feedback for NPI development
- Coordinate with product management, quality, supply chain, and customer service
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Ensure compliance with regional legal and regulatory practices
- Maintain knowledge of regional macroeconomic and political factors
- Develop strategic NPI plans aligned with growth targets
- Lead NPI projects
- Develop comprehensive understanding of customer trends and technologies
- Drive new product launches and pricing
- Support customer presentations and bid processes
- Direct NPI project team members
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Define project scope, plan, and milestones
- Select validation partners
- Determine new product resourcing for target markets
- Develop and execute market strategies
- Monitor NPI sales and ROI
- Track project milestones and commercial launches
- Monitor business segment EBITDA
- Interact with product management, regional sales, and technology leaders
- Interact with operations, quality, supply chain, and other functions
