  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

  • Maintain knowledge of regional macroeconomic and political factors
  • Develop strategic NPI plans aligned with growth targets
  • Lead NPI projects

  • Drive new product launches and pricing
  • Support customer presentations and bid processes
  • Direct NPI project team members
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Define project scope, plan, and milestones
  • Select validation partners
