  • Deep understanding of defence procurement processes and key decision-makers
  • Proven track record of managing complex deals and navigating long sales cycles
  • Knowledge of defence specific solutions, secure video collaboration technologies, cybersecurity principles, or adjacent ICT solutions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain national/NATO security clearance (Secret or higher preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
