- Make operational decisions on patch approvals
- Prioritize incidents for system reliability
- Enhance IAM/PAM processes
- Manage user provisioning and privileged account monitoring
- Ensure lifecycle management
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business units
- Deliver performance insights to leadership
- Identify risks and opportunities
