- Maintain internal customer database
- Support launch events and preparations
- Leverage events for social media and email campaigns
- Collaborate with design team on promotional material
- Update and develop the Isar Online Shop
- Follow industry trends and provide recommendations
- Deliver post-event retros and best practices
- Support Chief Commercial Officer with client and event tasks
