  • Enrolled at a university during contract period

Tasks

  • Coordinate and implement fairness and equal opportunity activities
  • Conceive and steer a holistic fairness and equal opportunity strategy
  • Plan and execute specific fairness and equal opportunity measures and events
  • Support organization and execution of awareness activities and training
  • Manage internal and external networks and employer rankings
  • Communicate fairness and equal opportunity topics within the company
  • Create target-group-oriented communication and marketing materials
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Identify trends and prepare presentations for various audiences

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
