- Assist with Works Council hearings
- Help create employment contracts
- Maintain people data quality
- Support data entry and checks in HR systems
- Organize and perform general administrative HR tasks
- Work closely with HR Services on administrative topics
- Assist with data updates in SAP
- Track organizational changes
- Support additional initiatives as assigned
