- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Product Management, Operations, or Development in semiconductor industry
- Direct or indirect leadership experience in leading international/cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication skills and proven track record managing cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers, or supply chains
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach
- Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, result-driven
- Strong customer mindset and interest in global supply chains
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluent English mandatory, German language is a plus
Tasks
- Lead industrial projects and strategic cost-down initiatives
- Define and implement industrial strategy
- Support and guide Business Group teams
- Manage PCN implementation and roadmap updates
- Conduct cost benchmarking
- Collaborate with Operations and Volume Product Management
- Work with Commercial Marketing
- Coordinate with wafer fabs, assembly sites, and subcontractors
- Support long-term planning and business reviews
- Align operational processes with Demand Management and Supply Chain
