Requirements
- University degree in Business or Engineering
- Understanding of supply chain challenges and trends
- Experience in Consumer Products & Retail industry
- Lead sales cycles understanding customer requirements
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP SCM
- Strong sales experience in SCM software, stakeholder management
- Experience and network of SCM partners
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- 5+ years selling business software, IT solutions, SCM projects
- Proven track record in target achievement
- Experience driving value-based sales, large customer engagements, stakeholder management
- Background verification with external vendor
Tasks
- Achieve sales revenue targets for Supply Chain Management solutions
- Generate new sales opportunities by proactively engaging customers
- Create and execute a Demand Generation Plan
- Develop an opportunity plan with a clear value proposition
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Develop and drive the sales strategy
- Manage all opportunities and bids for assigned accounts
- Forecast sales performance
- Position and close solutions in relevant customer departments
- Negotiate contract terms for supply chain solutions
- Qualify customer situations and develop value-added solutions
- Collaborate with industrial and product specialists
- Work on demand management with local Marketing and Business Development
- Collaborate closely with leading Supply Chain Management partners
