- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
Tasks
- Lead complex program lifecycles from contract to delivery
- Serve as primary customer contact and advocate
- Manage cross-functional project teams in matrix environment
- Ensure timely, budgeted, and high-quality project delivery
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage risks
- Resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Support scope changes and amendments with Sales and Proposals
- Coach and mentor team members for growth and collaboration
