Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Several years of finance, controlling, or accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OR
  • International environment experience advantageous
  • Abacus, DATEV, and Power BI experience is a plus
  • Experience with AI in Finance tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English and German; additional languages a plus

Tasks

  • Support CFO in financial management
  • Ensure financial transparency and decision-making
  • Handle financial planning and reporting
  • Conduct financial controlling and process improvements
  • Contribute to finance function development
  • Support budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports
  • Support group consolidation and statutory reporting
  • Collaborate with external auditors and financial partners
  • Support treasury and financing activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Drive financial process improvements
  • Optimize finance systems and tools
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Leverage AI-driven solutions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
