- Understanding of sustainability landscape (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, certification standards)
- Strong technical foundation
- API-first mindset
- Experience in large-scale data integration
- SQL proficiency
- Excellence in stakeholder management
- Ability to influence without authority
- Balancing diverse needs
- Data-driven decision maker
- Use of experiments, A/B tests, and metrics
- Identify breakthrough opportunities in commoditized markets

- Drive to make corporate travel a force for positive change
Tasks
- Evolve Green Stay to Sustainable Stay Initiative
- Integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions
- Design data collection frameworks for sustainability metrics
- Automate ingestion of metrics from 100,000+ properties
- Enable corporate customers to achieve Net Zero targets
- Build infrastructure for carbon pricing and budgeting
- Forecast SBTi and integrate Emissions Compensation Program
- Leverage machine learning for data validation
- Provide predictive recommendations and automated scoring
- Drive customer adoption through sustainability nudging
- Represent HRS externally with hotel partners
- Engage enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Expand sustainability offerings and attract new customers
- Build an ecosystem flywheel
