- Teach structured problem-solving and standard work
- Guide teams through behavioral and operational change
- Support sites with low continuous improvement maturity
- Address resistance to change through structured engagement
- Capture and share best practices and lessons learned
- Provide progress updates to Quality, CI, and Operations
