- 10+ years full cycle Enterprise Sales experience
- Average 5+ years full cycle sales experience, 3+ in field with proven track record
- Quota carrying software sales overachievement track record
- Excitement for hunting greenfield territory and building business
- Customer success focus with consultative, outcome-based sales approach
- Direct and honest communication with best interests at heart
- Highly collaborative team player with company-first mentality
- Business fluent in German and English
