- Two years university studies in computer science
- Three years initial experience in computer science
- Strong interest in computer technologies and AI trends
- Knowledge of infrastructure (Cloud hosting, virtual computing, security layers, MDM)
- Ability to investigate Microsoft products and application environments
- First experience with IT processes (ITIL)
- Ability and interest in coordination and monitoring role
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and self-employment skills
- Analytical ability
- Fluency in English, German and French
Tasks
- Handle user calls and tickets
- Qualify, investigate, and resolve issues
- Provide remote assistance
- Prioritize level 1 support cases
- Support some level 2 cases following best practices
- Collaborate with L2 and L3 experts
- Document knowledge in the Knowledge Base
- Identify critical incidents and problems
