Requirements

  • Enrollment in German University or gap year
  • University degree in business, economics, law, or IT
  • Masters’ degree in relevant field desirable
  • No prior job experience required
  • English (C1) and German (B2) proficiency
  • Good MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sound understanding of legal and business concepts
  • Strong team player attitude, assertiveness, work under pressure
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
  • Valid Work and residence permit (non-EU)
  • Check current VISA for work eligibility
  • Interest and affinity for IT and GenAI
  • International experience, German or other languages welcome

Tasks

  • Support project-based compliance and regulatory work
  • Develop run services for compliance
  • Conduct research to meet client compliance needs
  • Coordinate activities for compliance and regulatory solutions
  • Manage project deadlines and deliverables
  • Handle customer and stakeholder management tasks
  • Analyze and implement new compliance legislation
  • Support compliance across Allianz entities globally

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
