- Design men's and women's apparel

- Collaborate with category team members in development and product management
- Ensure design practicality and meet merchandising business needs
- Create styles that align with relevant trends and brand identity
- Design technical apparel using natural fibers
- Support seasonal storytelling and color direction through research
- Create mood and concept boards informed by trend, market, and competitor research
- Work closely with the Product Director, Senior Design Manager, Developer, Tech Designer, and Merchandiser
- Support the design, development, approval, and usage of all trims
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure style, fit, quality, and detail requirements
- Meet accuracy and on-time delivery expectations according to the product calendar
- Facilitate agile decision-making on prototype review and revision
- Produce thorough tech packs in Illustrator with detailed drawings
