  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Produktion, FMCG, Logistik oder Fulfillment
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in Operational Excellence, KPI-Management und Teamentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Eigenverantwortung, operative Disziplin und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung in gekühlter Lebensmittelproduktion, Fertiggerichten oder Lean/Continuous Improvement (von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute bis fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Führung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts in Plating, RTI und Fulfillment
  • Einhaltung höchster Standards in Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit sicherstellen
  • Operative Performance anhand von SQCDP-Kennzahlen sicherstellen
  • Verantwortung für Schichtleistung, Personaleinsatzplanung und Materialfluss übernehmen
  • Eskalationsmanagement durchführen
  • Area Manager:innen, Supervisor:innen und operative Teams führen, coachen und weiterentwickeln
  • Leistungsorientierte Unternehmenskultur fördern
  • Prozessverbesserungen und Standardisierungsmaßnahmen identifizieren und umsetzen
  • Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen umsetzen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Stakeholdern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung stabiler End-to-End-Prozesse
  • Unterstützung von Produktneueinführungen und Skalierungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung zukünftiger Automatisierungsinitiativen
