Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Hotellerie/Gastronomie)
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung (Führungsposition)
  • Kompetente Mitarbeiterführung; Organisationstalent
  • Souveränes Auftreten; Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang MS Office; Erfahrung Kassensysteme
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit

  • Einen reibungslosen Tages- und Betriebsablauf in Restaurants, Bars sowie bei Tagungen und Banketten gewährleisten
  • Kennzahlen im Blick behalten
  • Qualitätsstandards sichern und optimieren
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation fördern
  • Service-Teams in beiden Häusern führen
  • Service-Teams in beiden Häusern motivieren
