- Understanding of SEO, personalization, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience leading teams through organizational transitions
Tasks
- Lead a squad of 4 Fullstack Engineers
- Mentor and develop engineering talent
- Set performance frameworks and build an inclusive team
- Oversee technical direction and quality
- Ensure long-term stability, performance, and scalability
- Lead CMS migration for improved marketing agility
- Build a measurable engineering organization
- Use metrics like DORA to guide improvements
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, and Platform teams
- Enhance product impact and delivery predictability
- Contribute to product roadmaps
- Present early engineering strategies
- Align technical priorities with the Acquisition Mission
