Employee Relations Advisor - Vice President(m/w/x)
Advising on employee relations matters across global financial services, supporting investigations and guiding HR on performance issues. Strong knowledge of EU labour laws required. Hybrid work, 4-day work week.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of labour laws (France, Germany, Italy, Spain)
- Willingness to broaden knowledge across all jurisdictions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with employees
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish
- Experience in employee relations or similar role
- Experience in Financial Services (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated experience conducting investigations
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to analyze data
- Ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency in HR information systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Tasks
- Advise on employee relations matters

- Guide HR and managers on performance issues
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR to identify trends and improvements
- Deliver training on employee relations topics
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
