- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Serve as the primary leader for Store Managers
- Ensure strong execution of retail standards
- Develop and mentor Store Managers
- Express brand identity and values
- Drive continuous improvement
- Analyze performance trends
- Identify risks and opportunities
- Implement action plans to drive results
- Translate performance data into practical insights
- Link commercial results to in-store behaviors
- Conduct structured store visits for coaching and assessment
- Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores
- Provide hands-on support and coaching
- Champion brand DNA and visual identity
- Ensure strong product storytelling
- Elevate customer experience
- Manage and lead new store openings
- Hire store talents
- Promote an inclusive, people-first culture
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and engagement
- Ensure consistent execution of brand initiatives
- Drive timely marketing campaigns
- Monitor customer metrics
- Develop improvement plans
- Communicate with Brand’s HQ functions
- Collaborate with central retail operations
- Communicate priorities and process changes
- Set clear performance expectations
- Work closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams
