Tasks

  • Lead a portfolio of stores for multiple brands
  • Deliver outstanding commercial results and operational excellence
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as the primary leader for Store Managers
  • Drive retail standards, people development, and brand expression
  • Act as the connector between store teams and headquarters
  • Analyze performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Implement action plans to drive sales, profitability, and KPIs
  • Translate performance data into practical insights for Store Managers
  • Link commercial results to in-store behaviors and actions
  • Conduct structured store visits for coaching and performance assessment
  • Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching for improvement
  • Champion brand DNA and visual identity
  • Ensure strong product storytelling and customer experience
  • Manage and lead the opening of new stores
  • Hire store talents
  • Promote an inclusive, people-first culture
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor customer metrics and drive improvement plans
  • Communicate with Brand’s HQ functions
  • Collaborate with central retail operations
  • Communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations
  • Work closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams

Education
