Tasks
- Manage multiple complex studies and projects
- Lead global project teams in a matrix organization
- Develop and execute clinical trial strategy
- Ensure project delivery within budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Align trial team with organizational goals and strategies
- Analyze and validate complex information from diverse sources
- Mitigate operational and organizational risks
- Demonstrate expert understanding of multiple functions
- Serve as a senior advisor and mentor
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory guidance
- Lead audits and respond to interview questions
- Contribute to non-study-related initiatives
- Provide reports to senior management
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in project support
- Predict outcomes and drive goal achievement
