- Comfort with data, tooling, platform-driven selling

- Operational discipline for repeatable, measurable motion
- Track record of leading teams
- Ambition and capability for country leadership
- Deep knowledge of German market
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
Tasks
- Build Teya's go-to-market strategy in Germany
- Select and establish appropriate market channels
- Implement local GTM platform for lead data and scoring
- Ensure channel routing feeds into the central system
- Develop and prove the commercial model in one region
- Create a blueprint for replicating the model across regions
- Own commercial targets for pipeline, conversion, and unit economics
- Build and lead the local commercial team
- Grow the organization as the market scales
- Collaborate with central GTM, platform, and strategy teams
- Ensure Germany serves as a testing ground for the wider model
