Requirements

  • Banking apprenticeship or university degree
  • 3 years experience in Private Banking (Compliance, Risk Management, or control function)
  • Understanding of client suitability rules and processes
  • Familiarity with core private banking activities and risks
  • Strong analytical capabilities and issue resolution
  • Advanced MS Office Suite user (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Collaborative team player with initiative and emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • High personal integrity, discretion, and ethical standards
  • Resilient and solution-focused under pressure
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Develop and refine 2LoD controls for key compliance risks
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and business operations
  • Execute recurring compliance controls accurately and timely
  • Focus on client suitability assessments and other risk areas
  • Address control weaknesses through structured remediation workflows
  • Provide guidance and track resolution to closure
  • Analyze and validate control outputs and exception reports
  • Participate in coordination meetings with Business Relationship Managers
  • Discuss findings, escalate issues, and drive accountability
  • Support internal audits and external supervisory reviews
  • Represent control design and performance outcomes
  • Translate operational insights into process improvement recommendations
  • Contribute to the development and update of compliance policies
  • Design targeted training modules for frontline staff
