Requirements
- Engineering degree in marine technology, civil engineering, maritime logistics, or comparable
- Professional experience in logistics and installation of large components
- Experience in offshore wind ideally
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills

- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
- High identification with renewable energies
- Ability to maintain overview at fast pace
Tasks
- Develop and evaluate offshore turbine installation concepts
- Review installation equipment, vessels, and base ports
- Provide installation design input to technical managers
- Offer technical support to project participants
- Optimize offshore installation and logistics concepts
- Design vessel deck layouts during contract negotiations
- Manage interfaces with the Geo Package team
- Charter installation vessels, support vessels, and barges
- Prepare technical requirements and ITT documents
- Coordinate offshore installation and client representatives
- Represent the project to various contractors
- Manage the Marine Warranty Surveyor
- Review contractor method statements and risk assessments
- Conduct HAZID and HAZOP for offshore operations
- Optimize installation procedures and vessel mobilization
- Inspect vessels provided to the projects
- Ensure works meet time, cost, and QHSE standards
- Develop contingency plans for technical risks
- Implement lessons learned across project phases
- Manage cable installation contracts and variation orders
- Participate in project interface management
- Ensure turbine installation meets quality and schedule
- Maintain compliance with guidelines and local standards
- Collaborate in cross-discipline project team meetings
- Hand over agreed documentation to O&M teams
- Enforce company HSE requirements
