  • •Workplace Updates und Hotfixes strukturiert testen, koordinieren und ausrollen
  • •Kundenanforderungen analysieren und maßgeschneiderte Workplace-Lösungen umsetzen
  • •3rd Level Support bei komplexen Störungen wie Windows 11 Issues leisten
  • •Bestehende Client-Komponenten und Remote Assistance Lösungen kontinuierlich optimieren
  • •Windows Vulnerabilities analysieren und an Security-Maßnahmen mitwirken
  • •In Workplace-Projekten unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen aktiv mitarbeiten
