Requirements

  • •Enrollment in IT, Business Informatics, or related field
  • •Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • •Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn new tools
  • •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • •Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • •Basic knowledge of data security and compliance is a plus

Tasks

  • •Assist in setting up and configuring SharePoint-based DMS
  • •Create and manage document libraries, metadata, and permissions
  • •Develop automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
  • •Support the design of user-friendly interfaces
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • •Document processes and ensure proper documentation
  • •Test and validate solutions for functionality and compliance
  • •Provide basic training and user support during rollout
