Requirements

  • Enrollment in IT, Business Informatics, or related field
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn new tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of data security and compliance is a plus

Tasks

  • Assist in setting up and configuring SharePoint-based DMS
  • Create and manage document libraries, metadata, and permissions
  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
  • Support the design of user-friendly interfaces
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Document processes and ensure proper documentation
  • Test and validate solutions for functionality and compliance
  • Provide basic training and user support during rollout

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – is a plus
