- Prepare supplier escalations
- Drive transport protocol creation and follow-up
- Support transport invoice control
- Contribute to transport optimization initiatives
- Maintain key trackers
- Provide reliable data and reporting
- Support weekly follow-ups
- Track actions, deviations, and recurring issues
- Support improvement priorities
- Contribute to quality awareness in logistics
- Contribute to risk awareness in logistics
- Perform risk assessments
- Provide FMEA inputs
- Support claims-related follow-up
- Collect facts for claims
- Track claims actions to closure
- Maintain and update work instructions
- Update standardization after changes
- Update standardization after issues
- Update standardization after improvement actions
- Communicate updates to stakeholders
