  • Comfort with hardware and maintaining videoconferencing solutions
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools for IT support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Basic Terminal/Powershell understanding or scripting curiosity
  • Hands-on Linux experience
  • Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service management

Tasks

  • Assist with device setups
  • Resolve everyday technical questions
  • Maintain office meeting spaces
  • Support device lifecycle management
  • Unbox and tag company hardware
  • Set up devices using MDM tools
  • Troubleshoot common hardware issues
  • Resolve common software issues
  • Maintain videoconferencing setups
  • Test Polycom and Zoom Rooms
  • Prepare IT resources for new starters
  • Securely collect equipment during offboarding
  • Refine IT documentation
  • Update internal wikis
  • Collaborate with global IT team
  • Provide high-quality support to EMEA/APAC colleagues
