Requirements

  • Basic understanding of IT systems and business processes
  • First experience with ServiceNow (plus)
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills and confident manner
  • Very good German and English skills

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage process optimizations
  • Schedule IT demands and projects
  • Monitor project progress
  • Generate project reports
  • Conduct research and analyses
  • Create and maintain project documents and presentations
  • Identify and implement IT demands and process improvements
  • Support the team with daily administrative tasks
