  • Create keynotes for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop creative communication formats for technology strategy
  • Support internal and external enablement activities
  • Coordinate and prepare executive and customer meetings
  • Manage follow-up actions for executive and customer meetings
  • Research and structure technology and innovation content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success and Sales
