Requirements

• •Student of business administration specializing in Finance, Accounting or Taxes
• •Additional professional qualification within Finance as a plus
• •At least six months of relevant work experience
• •Relevant experience abroad

• •Good knowledge of MS-Office
• •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

• •Assist with creditor management
• •Prepare outgoing payments
• •Manage billing procedures and debtors
• •Handle daily administrative tasks
• •Optimize and develop systems and processes
• •Participate in various finance projects
• •Support the preparation of German GAAP (HGB) accounts
• •Assist with management accounts and reporting
• •Supervise reception and facility management
• •Ensure a safe work environment
• •Provide necessary office furnishings and equipment
• •Communicate with external parties via phone and email
• •Prepare professional formal documents
• •Explain complex IT specifications in clear terms
• •Create presentations following current branding requirements
• •File and retain documents for future reference
• •Share knowledge and insights with colleagues
