Requirements

  • •Student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • •Preferred fields of study: Visual design, digital media, communication design, or related field
  • •Design portfolio showcasing visual work
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
  • •Willingness to work from Walldorf, Munich, or Berlin
  • •Experience and strong interest in creating communication assets
  • •Ability to understand and translate technical topics into visual stories
  • •Strong visual and communication design skills
  • •Proficiency with common design tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Canva)
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • •Keen eye for detail
  • •Teamwork, reliability, and time management skills

Education

Currently in higher education
OR
Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Support the team in creating visualizations for technical presentations
  • •Develop strategic communication assets and keynotes
  • •Assist with internal communication channels like newsletters and SharePoint pages
  • •Collaborate with designers and communication experts
  • •Engage with internal and external audiences, including executives and media
  • •Contribute to messaging and content focused on technology and AI
