- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders on strategic and operational topics
- Prepare leadership materials
- Manage scheduling and calendars for key initiatives
- Analyze team insights to improve processes
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct first-round interviews
- Coordinate candidate communication
- Maintain an overview of working students, fellows, and interns
- Design and improve onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee cost center budget tracking
- Coordinate procurement workflows
- Develop the team’s knowledge management and documentation
- Manage tool access, permissions, and collaboration standards
- Organize team events to strengthen engagement
- Refine internal and external communication materials
- Manage the Process Transformers podcast operational workflow
- Coordinate podcast guests, preparation, publication, and promotion
