- •1+ year hands-on Workday experience
- •Passion for Workday and people systems
- •Ability to translate functional requirements
- •Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
- •Attention to detail and quality focus
- •Independent work in agile environments
- •Fluency in English and communication skills
- •Experience with other HRIS systems (Plus)
Tasks
- •Design and deploy Workday configuration changes
- •Manage HCM, Absences, and Time Tracking modules
- •Configure Advanced Compensation and Expense processes
- •Optimize Talent, Learning, and Journeys features
- •Drive data quality and process improvement initiatives
- •Support new system implementations and projects
- •Act as the primary contact for system requests
- •Support SmartRecruiters and Officevibe platforms
- •Create and enhance custom Workday reports
- •Prioritize system enhancements in an agile environment
- •Collaborate with the People Systems and HR teams
- •Evaluate and recommend new Workday release features
