- Support event organization to introduce new customers
- Maintain high standards through Visual Guidelines implementation
- Interpret Brunello Cucinelli style for product presentation
- Update the team on new collections and products
- Maximize sales performance and report missed opportunities
- Motivate the sales team with a sense of responsibility
- Provide constant feedback for continuous improvement
- Promote respect and collaboration among colleagues
- Support the stock team during inventories
- Ensure adherence to retail operations procedures
- Cultivate direct contact with headquarters
- Utilize IT applications and update new tools
