- •Completed technical or sports-related vocational training or several years of experience in professional ski service
- •Strong knowledge of ski preparation, machine operation, and workshop management
- •Basic knowledge of bootfitting; experience with racing boot adjustments is an advantage
- •Experience in racing or product testing environments is a plus
- •Technical understanding, precision, and high attention to detail
- •Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- •Willingness to travel for seasonal assignments
- •Basic English skills

- •Document service parameters and setups
- •Collaborate with service technicians and athletes
- •Support cross-functional needs in the test center and warehouse
