  • Demonstrated expertise in business development

  • In-depth understanding of governing regulatory framework
  • Relevant local licenses and qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Polish; other languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Acquire new clients and assets
  • Develop and manage client relationships
  • Adhere to professional, legal, and ethical guidelines
  • Flag and manage reputational risks and conflicts
  • Develop growth strategies for the team
  • Coordinate prospecting and cultivate centers of influence
  • Collaborate with Investment Management and Product teams
  • Drive effective coordination with Investment Managers
  • Ensure service approach aligns with Wealth Management's business model
