Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Quality or QHSES Management
  • •Knowledge of QHSE standards ISO 9001 and 45001
  • •Teamwork in a multicultural environment
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Rigour and attention to details
  • •Interest in knowledge sharing and desire to mentor others
  • •Strong drive to educate others on quality standards
  • •English fluency
  • •French is nice to have
  • •German is nice to have

Tasks

  • •Follow up on corrective actions at the process level
  • •Monitor quality KPIs and trends
  • •Participate in process review meetings
  • •Ensure completion of the process dashboard by process owners
  • •Take part in internal audits
  • •Support planning and preparation for ISO certification audits in Europe
  • •Organize and participate in Quality Awareness training sessions
  • •Follow up on continuous improvement projects by gathering needs at the process level
  • •Track deliverables according to budget for continuous improvement projects
  • •Implement the Group c-imp methodology and provide training to employees
  • •Support the Standards Administrator in the standard publication process
  • •Provide necessary information related to the standard publication process
