- •Experience as business development professional
- •Understanding of German wealth market
- •Exposure to Private Equity or Private Markets
- •Strong attention to detail
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •Collaborative and strategic thinking
- •Native German and business English
- •Ability to work independently

- •Collaborate with legal and compliance teams during onboarding

- •Educate clients on private markets and alternative solutions
- •Articulate the company's capabilities to clients and partners
- •Provide feedback on competitive landscapes and investor trends
- •Build internal relationships to achieve optimal client outcomes
- •Deliver an exceptional experience as a dedicated relationship manager
