- •Build and evolve the international procurement organization
- •Unlock cross-category synergies and increase scalability
- •Develop procurement teams and organizational capabilities
- •Lead direct and indirect category heads and regional activities
- •Act as the key interface to company divisions
- •Deliver sustainable value through TCO and value engineering
- •Drive global category management across all spend areas
- •Manage project pipelines and prioritization with leaders
- •Establish a group-wide supplier risk management framework
- •Mitigate single-source risks and ensure business continuity
- •Expand digital enablement and spend analytics
- •Utilize data-driven steering to improve decision quality
