- Exposure to SaaS, field operations, or vertical software
- Highly structured and analytical
- Building systems and documenting processes
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset
- Ownership and hands-on work with partners
- Fluent German (C2)
- Fluent English
- Confident communication with Meister and business owners
- Comfortable using Attio
- Comfortable using Notion
- Comfortable using HubSpot
- Comfortable using Pipedrive
- Comfortable using automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
- Field experience in Elektro, PV, or SHK
- Technical understanding of Elektro, PV, or SHK
- Occasional field travel across Germany
Tasks
- Onboard and coach new Meister partners
- Operate and improve key business processes
- Analyze partner performance
- Design interventions to improve conversion and efficiency
- Facilitate partner growth
- Build and automate scalable workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams
- Translate field insights into product requirements
- Inform smalt's AI with data models
