Requirements

  • Experience leading consulting engagements from discovery through delivery
  • Experience engaging & building relationships with customer business stakeholders
  • Skilled at simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise narratives
  • Expert at crafting executive-ready presentations
  • Proficient in building financial models including ROI, NPV, TCO
  • Solid understanding of industry landscape and business processes
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience optimizing business processes using frameworks like BPMI
  • Experience shaping deal strategy and supporting sales cycles

Tasks

  • Evangelize and drive adoption of Value Engineering with GTM teams
  • Communicate the purpose and benefits of Value Engineering services
  • Coach account teams on framing business outcomes with industry insights
  • Deliver quick wins to demonstrate impact and build momentum
  • Engage in business outcome-focused conversations with customers
  • Partner with account teams to identify Value Engineering opportunities
  • Lead technical and business-focused Value Engineering engagements
  • Conduct research, facilitate workshops, and perform process mapping
  • Analyze value through ROI and NPV assessments
  • Develop executive-ready deliverables showcasing business transformation
  • Present recommendations to stakeholders to secure buy-in
  • Build trust by consistently delivering in Value Engineering engagements
  • Provide industry-focused perspectives across discussions and deliverables
  • Influence stakeholders through a consultative selling approach
  • Support long-term transformation post-deal
  • Contribute to developing standardized, reusable service assets
