Requirements

  • •EU citizenship and aged 18 to 28
  • •Fulfillment of V.I.E program requirements
  • •University degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
  • •Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance processes, or technical support
  • •Proficiency with digital tools such as MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, and Alinav
  • •Familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX), ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/SQL basics)
  • •Skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and continuous improvement methodologies
  • •Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • •Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are an advantage
