- Design seamless device pairing experiences
- Design firmware upgrade experiences

- Design personalized cross-platform experiences
- Translate product and technical requirements into user-centered mobile experiences
- Design end-to-end user experiences for iOS and Android
- Create user flows and wireframes
- Develop pixel-perfect UIs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and hardware teams
- Translate product requirements into UX solutions for BT-connected devices
- Create engaging interfaces for sound superiority positioning
- Design user journeys from beginner to expert (EQ, ANC, hearing tests, user profiles)
- Design intuitive onboarding flows for BT products
- Design connectivity and firmware upgrade processes
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Gather feedback to validate design decisions
- Produce interactive prototypes (Figma, Protopie, etc.)
- Maintain design systems for cross-platform consistency
- Support developers with detailed specifications
- Assist during the QA process to ensure design fidelity
- Identify external partners for UX/UI design support
- Manage the design toolchain
- Administer internal and external access and licenses for agencies, developers, stakeholders, and designers
