Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Graphic Design, Information/Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, or equivalent
  • •Several years of experience with User Experience Design, Human-Centred Design, and Design Sprints
  • •Excellent use of prototyping and design tools
  • •Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • •Team and result-oriented working morale
  • •Capability to take initiative and assume responsibility
  • •Experience with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • •Fluency in English and good command of German

Education

Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Translate complex problems into valuable user experiences
  • •Support feature implementation from initial idea to final design
  • •Collaborate in a multidisciplinary product team
  • •Create rapid interactive prototypes
  • •Develop user journeys and navigation flows
  • •Design wireframes and visualizations
  • •Conduct tests and derive insights from user research
  • •Analyze user feedback and web data
  • •Define and implement usability testing
